Shipping Policy
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days from Auckland.
Our estimated delivery times from when an order is placed are within 2-5working days. These timeframes can vary across holiday periods as well as around public holidays. We use non signature Courier Post or Fastway couriers. Signature post available on request.
We use environmentally responsible packaging and some products are posted in Jute bags that can be reused again and are biodegradable. For wholesale orders we use 5 ply cartons.
Return & Exchange Policy
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold on our website. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act if goods sold are deficient or are faulty, the seller has the right to repair, replace or refund the product.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you should contact us to raise your concerns and we will do our best to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.
We package our products carefully and send them using an appropriate delivery method, so, you can expect your order to arrive in good condition.
